About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager, Grants, to lead our grant management efforts in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Technical Assistance (TA) projects, including fundraising, planning, proposal review, service provider engagement, monitoring, marketing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual work plans, manage TA service providers' database, review their Scope of Work, oversee procurement processes, conduct assessments, and handle proposal reviews, approvals, and contractual documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the Fund, investors, portfolio companies, and investment committee, ensuring TA interventions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for program-related issues and liaise with the Fund Manager team for compliance and finance matters.
  • Collaborate with the Fund Manager to create and execute fundraising strategies, work with donors during due diligence, and assist in onboarding new donors.
  • Track project progress, identify issues, and prepare reports. Measure the impact of interventions and promote knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of Grant / Project Management / Programme Management experience in international development, particularly in emerging markets.
  • Expertise in business development services, management consulting, procurement, and managing service providers / technical advisors.
  • Experience in philanthropic programs is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on detail and managing multiple projects effectively.
