Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to clients, including managing schedules, meetings, and appointments, claims submission, making travel arrangements, and personal matters.
- Project Coordination: Involve in the company's ongoing projects, preparing and tracking of documentation, data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of client databases.
- Communication: Receive and respond to inquiries through calls and emails, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Education: Local Diploma in any discipline or (at least) an A level qualification.
- Citizenship: Singaporean or Permanent Residence preferred.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Chinese language skills a bonus.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in office management and executive secretarial roles, with a proven track record of working under tight timelines and exercising good judgment.

- Desirable: Experience in the financial advisory industry, proficiency in data visualization tools, and standard Excel, PPT, and Words skills.
