Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to lead our private banking team. As Senior Legal Counsel, Private Banking , you will provide strategic legal advice and guidance to support the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal counsel to senior management and business teams on complex cross-border transactions, service agreements, and other relevant matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risk.
  • Identify new legal, regulatory, and market developments that may impact our business and advise our teams on mitigating risks and seizing opportunities.
  • Lead external counsel engagement on transactions and projects to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with 7-10 years' experience in private banking or credit and lending.
  • Excellent technical legal skills, negotiation, and drafting abilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, collaboratively, and adapt to changing situations.
