Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide stewardship and administrative support for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with beneficiaries on donor stewardship materials and events to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Evaluate beneficiary data and liaise with relevant administrators to prepare donor stewardship materials.
  • Prepare and coordinate correspondences for donor and gift stewardship.
  • Work with external stakeholders on special projects, custom gifts and donor wall updates.
  • Support the fundraising team in their efforts to effectively cultivate and steward donors through the Moves Management process.
Event Management
  • Provide support and assist with the coordination of donor appreciation and engagement events.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain and generate list of beneficiaries.
  • Maintain administrative systems including filing and data entry.
  • Provide administrative support in other assigned areas for the team.
