Job Title: Senior Hospitality Executive

We are seeking an accomplished hospitality professional to assume leadership responsibility for our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 20 years of industry experience, exhibit exceptional customer service skills, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service training programs for staff
  • Ensure seamless operation of all outlets, prioritizing efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to develop innovative menu offerings
  • Maintain high standards of food quality control, adhering to safety protocols
  • Supervise new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage daily shift operations, overseeing end-of-day cashouts and inventory
  • Coordinate front- and back-of-house restaurant operations, optimizing workflow and productivity
  • Monitor operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and waste minimization
  • Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching
