Building Information Modeling Specialist

The role of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) specialist involves providing digital delivery support to design teams, coordinating deliverables and managing submissions related to 3D models and drawings. The individual will be responsible for liaising with contractors to deliver per BIM requirements, reporting current submission status to the team, and taking action accordingly.

This role requires strong technical skills in current Automation technologies used in the industry, such as Autodesk, Bentley, and Intergraph. Additionally, experience in developing, implementing, and executing digital delivery project execution plans is necessary. Leadership, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility are also essential qualities for this position.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on process plant and/or waste water treatment projects
  • Experience in Digital delivery roles minimum of five (5) projects with external collaboration
  • Minimum 5 years combined engineering/design, modeling, and production experience in the water or infrastructure
  • Developing, implementing, and executing digital delivery project execution plans
  • Awareness and practical application of local BIM standards and guidelines
