Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Coordinator to oversee the efficient management of our store operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock replenishment.
  • Store Setup and Maintenance: Coordinate with teams and contractors to manage spare parts, implement storage procedures, and maintain storage facility standards.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Process requisition orders, manage stock reconciliation, and maintain storage facility records.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise store personnel, train staff on proper storage and handling procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular stock checks, implement proper material handling procedures, and maintain storage facility standards.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in store/warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental laws and statutory regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
