Store Operations Coordinator

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent and team-oriented individual to support the operations of our retail outlets, manage in-kind donations, and lead our volunteer team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, display setup, and customer experience.
- Coordinate thematic retail activities, such as community bazaars and sales events.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure operational compliance with internal guidelines.
- Keep procedures up-to-date to reflect current practices and ensure consistency across teams.
Donation Management:
- Manage the process of receiving, sorting, and distributing in-kind donations.
- Coordinate with partners, donors, and internal teams for donation collection and delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all incoming and outgoing goods.
Volunteer Leadership:
- Supervise and guide a team of volunteers involved in store operations and donation handling.
- Schedule volunteer shifts and provide training to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Work closely with internal departments for deployment support and event coordination.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; higher qualifications or relevant certifications will be advantageous. Experience in retail, logistics, or the social service sector will be beneficial.
