Field Interviewer Job Opportunity

As a Field Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews/surveys across various locations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys using a tablet to collect timely feedback from respondents.
  • Ensure accurate input of respondents' responses into the system.
  • Handle respondents' queries and feedback in a customer-service-oriented manner.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in quota management, paperwork, and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply.
  • Minimum education level: GCE 'N' Level.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Past experience in field interviewing or surveys is preferred.
  • Proficient in using tablets (all surveys are conducted digitally).
  • Preferably bilingual in English and at least one other language (e.g., Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Tamil, etc.).
  • Selected candidates must undergo training before the project starts.
  • Minimum 2-5 months commitment is required.
