Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead business enhancement initiatives and drive process improvements across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design and implement standardized processes that enhance business efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or co-lead business enhancement initiatives under the Transformation Management Office
  • Provide end-to-end support for stakeholders during process and system implementations
  • Manage project scope, planning budgets, and resources, and track progress
  • Conduct risk assessment, quality assurance, and project updates
  • Host workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Manage change and communication tasks
  • Translate and simplify requirements for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage deliverables and process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate-level project management
  • Experience in transformation projects related to corporate functions such as finance and SCM processes and related systems
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and teamwork skills
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills in multicultural environments
