">About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our projects and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with our Design Director and project teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing design concepts for assigned projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers and supporting their professional development

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in luxury hospitality interior design, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality interior design, preferably with a background in managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design software, including SketchUp, Photoshop, and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Able to travel internationally as required
