Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods and materials from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods;
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations;
  • Assist in performing receiving, incoming inspection, put away and pick pack ship activities;
  • Update system databases to ensure accurate logistics data input;
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and discrepancies;
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve requests and issues;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations;
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and MS Word.
