Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. As a key player in ensuring the quality of server and rack products, you will be responsible for carrying out testing activities, setting up and configuring servers, performing testing processes, troubleshooting and analyzing production failures, maintaining and updating test programs, preparing and revising work instructions, and other administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of server and rack products to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Configure and maintain servers to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement testing processes to identify and resolve issues.
  • Analyze production failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update test program master lists and related documentation.
  • Prepare and revise work instructions to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • NITEC qualification in a related field is mandatory.
  • No prior experience is necessary; however, experience in programming and debugging is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Linux programming, Quartus ii, Tinker Cad, Python, and C++ is essential.

This is a permanent position with rotating 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a team.
