System Tester Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Tester to join our team. As a System Tester, you will be responsible for testing and analyzing product failures, working closely with process and test engineers on yield improvement, and supporting the implementation of PXE Server configuration for products.

You will also assist with executing all test-related tasks, setup and implementation of various product configurations, participate in Kaizen activities, maintain and update test tracking records, prepare and revise Working Instructions, provide training on (W/I) to new hires, assist with the NPI process and production runs, and contribute to ISO activities including implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test, analyze and perform troubleshooting on product failures
  • Work closely with process and test engineers on yield improvement
  • Support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products
  • Support engineers in executing all test-related tasks
  • Assist with the setup and implementation of various product configurations
  • Participate in the Kaizen activities
  • Maintain and update test tracking records
  • Prepare and revise Working Instructions
  • Provide training on (W/I) to new hires
  • Assist with the NPI process and production runs
  • Contribute to ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Nitec & above qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment. They should also have skills in Test Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Lean Manufacturing, Product Design, Hardware, RF, 5S, ISO, Electrical, Reliability, Raw Materials, MS Word, Assembly, Debugging, Manufacturing, Electronics, Calibration, Failure Analysis.
