Job Title: System Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled System Tester to join our team. As a System Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our system.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Understand business requirements and project documents to ensure that our system meets the needs of our users.
  • Execute system testing independently, responsible for test scripts and scenarios to identify defects and issues.
  • Validate system responses against business rules and user behavior to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prioritize system testing in a fast-paced environment to meet timeframes and deadlines.
  • Identify and prepare test data to support system testing activities.
  • Document test results and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that issues are properly addressed.
  • Log defects with detailed documentation and steps to reproduce to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Track issue and defect status to ensure timely test results and progress.
  • Handle edge cases such as failed transactions or invalid input to ensure robustness and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in system testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Understanding of payment workflows, especially property transactions, to ensure accurate and reliable system performance.
  • Familiarity with logging system issues to facilitate issue tracking and resolution.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when testing financial data to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Knowledge of conveyancing practices is an advantage to ensure comprehensive system functionality.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
