Senior Server Test Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our test activities for server and rack products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to execute test plans, support PXE server configuration, and maintain run-in test processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to carry out test activities for server and rack products.
  • Support and implement PXE server configuration for products.
  • Maintain server and rack run-in test process, burn-in, and power test process.
  • Liaise with customers and HQ/factory on test program implementation and maintenance.
  • Analyze product failures and work with customers and HQ/factory for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in server manufacturing.
  • Strong Linux/SAP knowledge.
  • Test programming background.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking and project management expertise.
  • FMEA and Root Cause Analysis skills.
  • Process engineering and engineering design knowledge.
  • Manufacturing and chemical engineering background.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in server manufacturing.
