As a Strategic Valuation Leader at BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.), you will play a key role in leading global valuation engagements and managing teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with professional qualifications such as CPA, FRM, CFA, or CVA being advantageous. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of valuation or financial due diligence experience is required, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm, or in a banking environment.

This position involves conducting valuations of businesses, securities, and intangible assets using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow, capitalised maintainable earnings, and option pricing models. You will also analyse market data and industry trends to determine valuation inputs, construct and review financial models, and prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients.

You will work closely with directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with excellent analytical and evaluation abilities and strong interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
