Senior Manager, Retirement Systems
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for formulating and reviewing policies and initiatives to translate policy intent into scheme implementation.
- You will oversee policy reviews and develop frameworks to accurately implement policies and schemes for Singaporeans' retirement adequacy.
- This role requires working closely with stakeholders across the Government.
- You will gain knowledge and skills to become an effective policy officer in the social policy domain.
- Formulate, review and implement Retirement Systems policies and initiatives.
- Develop policy-ops frameworks for Retirement Systems policies.
- Work closely with stakeholders from other divisions/organisations to review and implement policies and initiatives.
- Analyse data and information to inform policy formulation and evaluate the impact of policies and initiatives.
- Handle complex appeal cases.
- At least 2 to 3 years of policy experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communicator with strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
- Ability to exercise both empathy and firmness when managing complex appeal cases.
- Meticulous in work, especially when analysing information and checking against guidelines and criteria.
- Creativity and willingness to innovate.
