Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for helping clients restore mobility, function, and independence through detailed assessments, individualized treatments, and manual therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality physiotherapy services for assigned caseloads.
  2. Perform initial assessments of day-care and rehab clients, developing therapy programs based on assessments.
  3. Conduct regular client reviews, adjusting therapy programs accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with the care team for holistic care, attending MDMs, communicating care plans, and providing recommendations.
  5. Provide caregiver education and support.
  6. Supervise and guide staff, interns, and personnel involved in therapy.
  7. Ensure adherence to MOH audit, quality guidelines, and WSH procedures.
  8. Track and re-certify rehab clients, updating outcome measures.
  9. Conduct environment, quality, and in-house competency audits.
  10. Communicate with relevant parties on client care as necessary.
  11. Manage day rehab center operations, delegating tasks and working as a team to plan and monitor client schedules, staff allocation rosters, equipment inventory, and maintenance.
  12. Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly rehab reports and dashboard indexes.
  13. Maintain a safe, clean, effective, and efficient environment for all.
  14. Assist in developing new initiatives and programs as directed.
  15. Ensure staff under direct supervision have attended required training and are certified appropriately.
  16. Participate in community outreach programs, giving talks and lectures or mobilizing teams in educational activities.
  17. Involve in QIP and research projects, mobilizing teams to identify problem areas, recommend, and implement improvement measures.
  18. Assist in developing competency of all levels of staff.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
  2. Full registration with AHPC with certificate of practice.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and under time constraints.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
