We offer a comprehensive range of integrated services and programs, including social day care, dementia support, nursing assistance, and respite care, alongside rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy, wellness initiatives, and transportation. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to the elderly individuals entrusted to our care.

We are currently seeking a Senior Care Partner to fulfill a vital role within our organization.

As a Senior Care Partner, your primary responsibility will be to manage the well-being of elders residing in your designated household within the nursing facility. You will empower them to engage in daily activities, ensuring they lead fulfilling lives while providing direct personal care as necessary, in alignment with our care philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support nursing staff in executing basic nursing tasks (e.g., feeding, toileting, bathing) and conduct daily health status assessments of elders.
  • Facilitate cognitive, physical, recreational, and social engagement for the elders in your care to foster relationship-building among peers.
  • Prepare refreshments for elders and assist with basic housekeeping duties.
  • Assist the Care Manager with administrative tasks and ensure that care partners deliver suitable care to the elders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec in Nursing.
  • Proficient in transfer techniques: Lifting and transferring residents between beds and wheelchairs.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
  • Demonstrates patience and a willingness to serve elderly clients.
  • Exhibits strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in caregiving roles within hospitals, nursing homes, or personal caregiving is advantageous.
