As a Senior Care Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our elderly residents. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the care and support of a dedicated household, empowering them to live a meaningful life by promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist nurses in performing daily care tasks, such as feeding, toileting, and showering, and monitor the health status of residents.
  • Engage residents in cognitive, physical, recreational, and social activities to foster relationships and promote a sense of community.
  • Prepare tea breaks and assist with simple housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Collaborate with the Care Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE Nitec or Higher Nitec in Nursing.
  • Confident in transfer techniques, including lifting and transferring residents from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
  • Willing and patient in serving the elderly.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in caregiving duties in hospitals, nursing homes, or individual care settings is advantageous.
