Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Communication and Public Relations Coach/Trainer who can empower individuals to communicate with clarity and confidence. As a seasoned professional in coaching, training, or communications, you will have helped clients become effective presenters, interviewees, and spokespeople.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Learning Experience Design: Prepare and deliver exceptional learning experiences using an active, project-based approach.
  • Curriculum Development: Build, refine, and update the learners' syllabus and curriculum, including learning materials, projects, assignments, and assessments.
  • Courseware Development: Develop courseware, supplemental written materials, and learning content to ensure learners effectively gain the required skills.
  • One-on-One Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching to learners, delivering compassionate, constructive feedback and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to our growing global community and work effectively with all team members.
