We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team in Singapore.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for multiple products, working closely with cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and product managers.

Key responsibilities include defining user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; conducting user research to inform design decisions; organising user testing sessions to validate designs and gather insights; contributing to and utilising the evolving design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products; managing stakeholder requirements and incorporating them into product design; creating and providing design specifications and assets to ensure accurate implementation by development teams; and facilitating kick-off workshops to define objectives, gather requirements, and align on business perspectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience as a UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Experience in building digital products with end-to-end delivery involvement, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering hi-fidelity screens.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively justify design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver and evolve features.
  • Good problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong design skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other design tools.
  • Experience in using design systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
  • A strong design portfolio that demonstrates expertise.
