Job Title: Temporary Administrator Role

A temporary role requiring adaptability, independence and strong team spirit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in daily operations of the training centre.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Administer daily tasks such as attendance taking, courseware packing, refreshments and housekeeping.
  • Batch post-courseware and inform Operations team on follow-ups.
  • Verify WSQ/ASTER safety passes and update tracker system.
  • Support logistical requirements as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate efficiently within the training centre during opening and closing hours.
  • Ensure post-courseware is batched correctly and Operations team is informed.
  • Update evaluation logs to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify WSQ/ASTER safety passes and update tracker system.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Good time management skills with ability to stay focused on deadlines.
  • Adaptable, independent and a strong team player.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT applications.
