Job Title:

Temporary Coordinator

A temporary role requiring adaptability, independence and strong team spirit.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support in daily operations of the training centre.
  • Batching: Checking post-courseware and inform Operations team on follow-ups.
  • Evaluation: Update and verify evaluation log files for accuracy.
  • Verifying WSQ/ASTER safety passes and update tracker system.
  • Support logistical requirements as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily operations of the training centre opening and closing, attendance taking, courseware packing, refreshments and housekeeping.
  • Check and inform on post-courseware batching to Operations team.
  • Update and verify evaluation logs to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify WSQ/ASTER safety passes and update tracker system.
  • Provide additional support where required.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Good time management skills with ability to stay focused on daily task deadlines.
  • Adaptable, independent and a strong team player.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT applications.
