Job Opportunity:

Senior Beauty Centre Director

We are seeking a seasoned and highly accomplished Senior Beauty Centre Director to spearhead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our prestigious beauty centre.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organisational, and customer service skills, with proven experience in managing staff and driving business growth in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff, including beauticians, therapists, and front desk personnel.
  • Staff Performance: Handle staff rostering, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters when necessary.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction, manage complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Sales and Service: Drive sales and service performance to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
  • Compliance: Ensure the centre complies with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, expenses, and staff productivity.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute promotions, marketing activities, and customer loyalty programs.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (certification in Beauty Management is an advantage).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in a beauty salon, spa, or wellness centre.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
  • Additional Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of beauty treatments, spa services, and wellness trends preferred. Proficient in POS, booking systems, and basic financial reporting.
