As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless communication with internal departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling sales administration duties such as sales enquiries, quotations, customer orders, and reports.
  • Managing customer orders through timely delivery and customer-provided delivery schedules.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of orders.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments on shipping information.
  • Providing support on freight forwarders' quotations to regional distributors/customers.
  • Liaising with suppliers to plan for shipment and handle shipment discrepancies.
  • Maintaining good upkeep of price lists, brochures, catalogs, or other sales promotional materials and samples requests.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Possession of GCE 'O' level or higher, with a good command of English.
  • High level of computer skills (especially MS Word and Excel).
  • Independent personality with good communication skills.
  • Able to work and interact well with both internal & external parties.
  • Meticulous with paperwork.
  • Must be a team player.
