As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless communication with internal departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling sales administration duties such as sales enquiries, quotations, customer orders, and reports.
- Managing customer orders through timely delivery and customer-provided delivery schedules.
- Ensuring accurate processing of orders.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments on shipping information.
- Providing support on freight forwarders' quotations to regional distributors/customers.
- Liaising with suppliers to plan for shipment and handle shipment discrepancies.
- Maintaining good upkeep of price lists, brochures, catalogs, or other sales promotional materials and samples requests.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Possession of GCE 'O' level or higher, with a good command of English.
- High level of computer skills (especially MS Word and Excel).
- Independent personality with good communication skills.
- Able to work and interact well with both internal & external parties.
- Meticulous with paperwork.
- Must be a team player.
