Job Opportunity: Learning Transformation Specialist

A learning transformation specialist is required to join our team on an 11-month contract. The successful candidate will work with one of our largest clients to help them get the most out of their people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts
  • Performing analyses of learning needs and redesigning learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improving efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts
  • Improving the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in business, commerce, human resources management and/or other relevant disciplines
  • Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 is preferred
  • Prior experience in areas such as learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics outcome would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders
  • Passion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members and clients
  • Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English.
