We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Growth Strategist to drive regional growth and innovation in logistics with our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase market penetration across key regional accounts.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration across key regional accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to drive performance and foster a high-achieving culture.
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent delivery of sales targets and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build new partnerships and expand the agent network.
  • Strengthen relationships with overseas agents to enhance collaboration and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Continuously identify scalable growth opportunities and implement strategies to support long-term expansion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, with a strong sales leadership background.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and exceed KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
