Early Years Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as an Early Years Educator.
Your key responsibilities will include planning and delivering high-quality educational programs for infants aged 2 to 18 months, promoting their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development through engaging lessons and activities.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing each child's progress, adapting your teaching strategies to meet individual needs, observing, documenting, and reporting children's developmental milestones and behavior, and maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues.
In addition, you will foster strong relationships with children and their families, contribute to a positive classroom culture, collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching practices, and support daily routines while upholding hygiene and safety standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A relevant qualification such as the Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent
- Experience working with young children, particularly in early learning settings
- Energetic and caring approach to working with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, families, and colleagues
- Effective teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Valid First Aid and Infant/Child First Aid certifications
