Job Opportunity

Sia Partners is seeking a talented Management Consultant/Senior Consultant to support our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance practice. The ideal candidate should have experience in AML/FCC consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in projects with leading banks and financial institutions
  • Conduct regulatory compliance reviews, internal control reviews, policies and procedures, risk and compliance advisory, and other independent assessments as per regulatory requirements
  • Be hands-on and contribute to the successful execution of client projects
  • Assist in the development of new intellectual property, including leading-edge research on white papers, supporting the development of marketing materials, and assisting in publishing articles
  • Work closely with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share knowledge

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates:

  • Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submissions
  • Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and close mentorship
  • Participate in business development activities, including content development, proposal preparation, and sales presentations
  • Share consulting best practices with the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related field
  • 2-4 years of recent project management experience in a regulatory, compliance, legal, privacy, and/or securities-related projects required
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues affecting clients
  • Understanding of legal and compliance functional areas and previous experience in similar topics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including agile/scrum
  • Certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.) welcome
  • Prior experience in transaction monitoring

Additional Information:
