Job Role

  • We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to fill the position of pool attendant.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting members and guests at the pool counter, verifying membership or guest eligibility before granting access to pool facilities, and assisting members with any issues they may encounter.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate daily records of pool usage, issuing towels, locker keys, and other pool-related amenities as required, and providing information on pool schedules, rules, swim classes, and Club activities.
  • In addition, the pool attendant will be responsible for monitoring adherence to pool rules, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the counter, changing rooms, and pool areas, and handling feedback, enquiries, and minor complaints professionally.
  • Shift work on weekends and public holidays is required, and the ideal candidate should possess a friendly personality and good communication skills.

About the Role

  • This role requires the ability to start work immediately and perform routine inventory checks for towels, equipment, first aid items, and changing room supplies.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with lifeguards and facilities assistants during emergencies and perform basic cashiering duties, including guest charges and towel charges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests at the pool counter and verify their eligibility for pool facilities.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of pool usage and issue towels, locker keys, and other pool-related amenities as required.
