Job Title: Spa and Pool Attendant

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Spa and Pool Attendant is to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of guests utilizing spa and pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the area for guest safety and compliance with pool rules.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, offering information on spa/pool services and facilities, and assisting with seating arrangements, towels, and other amenities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the spa changing rooms, pool area, decks, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure proper functioning of pool equipment and report any issues to maintenance staff.
  • Regularly check pool water quality and notify relevant personnel if adjustments are necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting.
  • Flexibility with working days and hours including weekends and public holidays.
