Job Title:
Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit technical shop drawings for approval.
  • Project Management and site supervision of the Installation and Commissioning of Air-Conditioning and mechanical ventilation works at Residential and Commercial Building.
  • Planning and Design of M&E and Air-Conditioning works
  • Attend site meeting, site inspection with sub-contractor and consultants.
  • Modify the M&E Drawing According to Site Condition.
  • Conduct the testing & commissioning of ACMV system.
  • Managed the supervisor and workers to complete within limited time.
  • Prepare monthly project progress claim/ progress report.
  • Estimating and predicting the cost of tenders.
