We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent/Officer to join our team at TPC HOTEL PTE. LTD. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage telephone enquiries and reservations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Work closely with Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams to provide lead advice and feedback
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while liaising with guests and clients
  • Provide efficient and courteous telephone service to guests and callers
  • Ensure all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into the system
  • Offer appropriate room types, price inclusions, and upsell opportunities
  • Responsible for ensuring all daily tasks are completed diligently
  • Provide concise information to guests and callers regarding hotel services and facilities
Requirements
  • Able to work shifts and communicate effectively in English
  • Good interpersonal and guest interaction skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of OPERA software is preferred
  • Service-oriented with a desire to train and develop ambassadors
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and initiate contacts easily
