Process Engineer - Semiconductor Industry

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in the semiconductor industry. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and improving processes to ensure high-quality products.

Job Description

In today's information-centric world, the core of information technology lies in the semiconductor industry. Our company is a leading global player in this field, and we are inviting experienced engineers to join us. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in the semiconductor industry and contribute to the improvement of advanced technologies through design and development experiments.

You will be responsible for establishing a cooperative atmosphere with various manufacturers and engineers to jointly develop strategies and solutions to improve the company's efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality in a timely manner
  • Manage projects in productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tool to improve process condition and technology
  • Establish process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
  • Evaluate and develop new equipment/materials/process
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or Physics
  • At least 6 years of experience in semiconductor foundry module process, preferably with experience in 22/28 nanometer and below advance technology nodes
  • Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer
  • Able to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
