About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to join our team at Nanyang Technology University. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the MSc in Actuarial, Climate and Risk Analytics (MACR) programme.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational and communication skills. The Programme Lead will work closely with the Suite Lead and Academic Director of the MACR Programme to review and update the curriculum on a periodic basis. They will also oversee the planning and execution of orientation activities, including procurement of necessary items, refreshments, and preparation of classes and materials.

The role involves working with a team to provide academic advising to students in planning their courses and prerequisite requirements for graduation. The Programme Lead will also perform 100% accurate course registration for students and submit data to internal departments.

In order to monitor each student's academic progression, the Programme Lead will ensure that students complete all graduation requirements within the candidature period. They will plan, organise, and oversee various social and/or professional events organised for students.

The Programme Lead will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines. They will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
