Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EPIC project scope, goals, and deliverables.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in project management, leadership, team building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of responsibility for project execution, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Lead planning and implementation of the EPIC tendering process and project execution, aligning with corporate and QHSE requirements.
  • Develop effective tendering/contracting strategies and administer contracts to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and support to subordinates, including Discipline Heads and Asst Managers – Engineering.
  • Interface closely with customers throughout project execution, ensuring continuous improvement of end-products.
  • Manage project resource allocation, timelines, and progress reporting to stakeholders and Senior Management.
  • Implement and manage project changes, interventions, interface, and risk management.
  • Responsible for resolving safety, quality, technical, contractual, and other project issues in consultation with relevant departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Of Science or Higher in Engineering and specialized training in Project Management, Leadership, Team Building, Negotiation, and Conflict Management.
  • Chartered Engineer status or equivalent or certified PMP member.
  • 20 years of project-related experience in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 10 years in project management capacity for major offshore oil and gas EPIC projects.
  • Experience in managing Offshore EPIC Tendering through execution of major offshore oil and gas projects, both Greenfield and Brownfield, including Fabrication & Subsea.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication and writing, with demonstrated ability in team facilitation, presentations, report preparation, and meeting management.
