We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our client's APAC ITP DevSecOps and Cloud initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth through secure, compliant, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute APAC cloud strategy in alignment with global directives. Lead cloud migration projects and manage deployment of secure cloud infrastructure. Design and implement scalable DevSecOps frameworks throughout the SDLC. Promote a culture of automation, security, and continuous integration. Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for cloud solutions. Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting practices. Facilitate collaboration between technology stakeholders and business IT teams. Govern cloud environments with focus on regulatory compliance and security controls.

A Proven Track Record


We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in leading cloud transformation initiatives, particularly within APAC financial services. A strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance requirements in finance is essential. Hands-on expertise with DevSecOps practices and toolsets (e.g., CI/CD, container orchestration, infrastructure as code) will be highly valued. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience managing large-scale cloud deployments (AWS, Azure or GCP). Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance requirements in finance. Hands-on expertise with DevSecOps practices and toolsets (e.g., CI/CD, container orchestration, infrastructure as code). Demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
