Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Assistant. This entry-level role is ideal for a career-minded professional with a passion for technical sales and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and other organizations across the region.
  • Support the proposal team in managing projects from initial inquiry through engineering, production, delivery, and commissioning.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and pricing proposals in response to customer requests.
  • Initiate and manage the sales order process upon receipt of purchase orders.
  • Continuously expand product and industry knowledge through training and self-study.
  • Coordinate order changes and updates with customers and internal teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments to arrange shipping and commissioning schedules, including preparation of purchase order and update of delivery status.
  • Contribute to departmental and organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM software.
  • Participate in occasional travel for customer visits, training, or trade events.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with technical publications and industrial equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accountability and responsibility.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for learning and improving products, processes, and customer outcomes.
