Logistics Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are collaborating with a prominent semiconductor manufacturer to employ an FP&A Senior Manager for their Logistics division. This role demands strong experience in logistics and supply chain finance, along with expertise in freight cost analysis, warehouse/distribution operations, and financial planning & analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the finance partner for logistics, service, and warehouse/distribution functions.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual forecasts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, driving performance and development.
  • Manage freight audits and collaborate with carriers to ensure accurate billing using digital and analytics tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, with CA/CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business operations roles, ideally within manufacturing or logistics-intensive industries.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other ERP systems.
