As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a talented **Head of FP&A** to join our Headquarters in Singapore and lead our FP&A function.

As the **Head of FP&A**, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, analysis, and performance evaluation across our diverse real estate portfolio. Your expertise will guide senior leadership in making informed decisions, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring sustainable growth. You will lead a team of junior FP&A analysts, fostering their professional development while maintaining a high standard of financial analysis and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Financial Planning**: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine the company's financial strategy. Provide insights on long-term financial goals, capital allocation, and investment opportunities.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts. Monitor financial performance against forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights. Present findings to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
- **Investment Evaluation**: Assess the financial feasibility of potential real estate investments. Conduct thorough financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and due diligence to support decision-making.
- **Team Leadership & Mentoring**: Manage and mentor a team of junior FP&A analysts. Provide guidance, training, and professional development to enhance their analytical skills and business acumen.
- **Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, such as operations, sales, and legal, to align financial planning with business objectives.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously refine FP&A processes, systems, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
- Prior experience in real estate development or operations is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of junior analysts.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are desirable.
