Our client is a prominent and growing enterprise and there is now a need for the business to hire a driven and dynamic finance professional as their Senior Finance Manager (Head of FP&A). This role will report to the CFO and lead a mid-size team to support their Singapore finance operations.

**Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of FP&A professionals
- Responsible for the entire financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for the firm and ensure accurate and timely management reporting to the businesses for decision making purposes
- Monthly presentation of results to businesses during operations review, highlighting trends and variances in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and to work closely with Business Heads to ensure quality of forecasts and budgets.
- Responsible for all presentation packages for Management and Board relating to the firm
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP, BI, BPC and able to drive continual improvements and fixes required post implementation including looking into AI to be incorporated into the work processes.

**Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting with minimum 12-15 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards, with experience in GST filing requirements
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Solutions-oriented mindset and hands-on professional
- Strong background in process, systems and automation
- Experience in RPA preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite and preferably knowledge of SAP accounting software
