Role Overview

This strategic communications role leads change management initiatives to drive digital transformation across a healthcare organization. With a focus on electronic medical records implementation, the successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that engage stakeholders and enhance understanding of organizational changes.

As a senior-level professional, you will design and maintain a content calendar for change-related communications, crafting compelling narratives and multi-channel content that explain the need and benefits of implementation.

You are expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate two-way communication channels, and develop metrics to refine communication strategies.

Key responsibilities include developing change communications strategies, designing communications plans, and creating engaging content for various platforms.


Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or related field with at least 8 years' experience and 2 years' supervisory experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and drive communications campaigns
- Ability to design collaterals and produce simple videos
- Team player and strong collaborator
