Job Title: Senior Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.

  • To provide accurate and timely information and assistance to customers via email, phone, and correspondence;
  • To ensure that customer inquiries are responded to promptly and resolved efficiently;
  • To monitor and maintain backend systems to ensure seamless operation;
  • To prepare and analyze statistical reports to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • To assist in evaluating call agent performance and providing training and guidance as needed;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field;
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong understanding of customer needs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Fluency in English (with proficiency in Chinese being an advantage).
