Senior Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of insurance products. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct regular call reviews to identify potential risks to management.
- Review closed sales calls for the General Insurance Team and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
- Provide backup support for Auto Insurance call review purposes.
- Report any calls detected with potential quality issues to management in a timely manner.
- Prepare, track, and send quality assurance-related reports to management and team.
- Monitor the status of quality assurance cases from start to finish and provide updates to management as needed.
- Minimum GCE O level certification.
- Good understanding of BCP and PGI certificates is preferred.
- Previous experience in quality assurance and insurance products knowledge is an asset.
- Meticulous and responsible team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multitask effectively.
- Fast learner willing to adapt to new insurance products and processes.
