We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the operational management of environmental services at our healthcare facility.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the Housekeeping, Linen Management, Waste Management, Pest Control, and Landscape teams. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop operational models that align with hospital services and care delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing efficient operational workflows and emergency response plans.
  • Managing in-house core teams and outsourced partners/service providers.
  • Designing procurement and resourcing strategies to support environmental services operations.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to drive innovation and improvement initiatives, such as adopting technology or robotics to reduce manual labor and optimize resources, outcomes-based contracting, and sustainable practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in hospital operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end environmental services.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to engage various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
