We are a leading distributor of aesthetic and medical products in the industry, seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Medical Aesthetic Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our aesthetic science and technology line of instruments and consumables directly to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new sales leads for aesthetic and medical device equipment, and skincare products. Analyze competitor products and highlight the company's unique product features in sales pitches.
  • Product Promotion: Promote the brands' added value by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services. Conduct product demonstrations to target audiences, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and plastic surgeons.
  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to the team on product demo cases and informative training. Stay up-to-date with advancements in aesthetic science and technology and treatment modalities.
  • Market Intelligence: Manage a sales funnel, grow the funnel through customer interactions and cross-functional collaboration. Provide competitor information and market intelligence to assist the sales manager in developing relevant sales and marketing strategies.
  • Event Participation: Participate in events, exhibitions, trade-shows, and webinars. Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize visibility at conferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma in a related field (medical, science, pharma, or nursing).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare or aesthetic industry, with a strong clinical background.
  • Business Development Skills: Ability to conquer new clinics and develop business plans with key accounts.
  • Scientific Knowledge: Strong foundation in scientific knowledge, including understanding skin physio-pathologies, aesthetic procedures, and the broader medical environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and experience delivering clinical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional sales skills and ability to demonstrate product features using related medical terminology.
  • Independence: Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
