Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist at AGLOW AESTHETICS PTE LTD. You will be responsible for driving the sales and business development of medical aesthetic capital equipment to clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic professionals in Singapore. You will develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, deliver product expertise, and support clients in making informed purchasing decisions. Your focus will be on building a solid client base, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue growth targets.


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of medical aesthetic capital equipment in Singapore.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities in the aesthetic medical space.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and provide solutions that demonstrate value, differentiate products, and meet customer needs.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the technical and clinical benefits of the products.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues related to product usage or performance.


Market Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the aesthetic medical industry.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements.


Product Knowledge & Expertise

  • Be a subject matter expert on the company’s medical aesthetic devices, including their technical specifications, clinical applications, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical aesthetic technology, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Train clients and clinic staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.


Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Track and report on sales performance, client engagement activities, and market trends to management.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system to manage prospects, leads, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, market reports, and strategic plans.


Qualifications

  • Medical Sales and Sales Operations skills
  • Experience in selling medical devices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex medical technologies
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
