Job Description

As a leader in the production of baked goods, you will oversee the creation of sourdough, croissants, and pastries that meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve managing production for multiple outlets, maintaining consistency, and driving innovation through seasonal bakery items and training junior bakers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of artisanal bread and viennoiserie.
  • Maintain high levels of product quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery or pastry productions with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of artisanal baking techniques and café-style pastries.
  • Hands-on experience with central baking or supplying multiple outlets is essential.
